About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Senior Service Advisor
to join our busy WA Hino team. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with proven dealership or heavy vehicle service experience who is ready to take the next step into a senior position.
In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and the service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and mentoring junior advisors.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting customers and managing service enquiries
Booking and coordinating service appointments
Providing accurate estimates and explaining required work
Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
Managing invoicing, warranty claims, and documentation
Supporting and mentoring the service advisor team
Delivering excellent customer service to build long-term relationships
Skills & Experience
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can confidently lead, communicate, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (truck/heavy vehicle experience highly regarded)
Strong communication
Excellent time management skills
Developed leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Mechanical knowledge to communicate confidently with customers
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Valid Australian working rights and current driver's licence
