We are currently seeking a Business Enhancement Training who is passionate about delivering training, has a strong customer focus and enjoys being part of a driven inclusive team.

**Job Description**:
**An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Enhancement Trainer in Melbourne CBD.**
- Primary focus is on delivering computer training for both public and closed group courses.
- Experience in training of professional development and leadership (desired)
- Continually monitor effectiveness and quality of training, courses and courseware offered
- Contact clients post course to provide yours and participant feedback and provide follow-up training support and advice.
- Write online content including blogs, video scripts and presentations to support marketing campaigns
- Consulting with clients and develop customised, client specific training programs
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts to ensure they meet quality standards set before releasing them for use

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Technical understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, VBA, SharePoint and Power BI **(Essential)**:

- Tertiary qualification adult education, IT management, business, organisational development or human resources
- An understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation styles and strategies
- Ability to follow and deliver existing training material to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
- 4+ years in a similar role and corporate training experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Courseware development and instructional design
