
Trainer And Assessor – Business Courses

Must ensure to support quality and compliance initiatives, student engagement, quality program delivery and industry liaison.
And must ensure the actions lead to the efficient, ethical, compliant, and viable conduct of ANIBT training activities.
Delivery Qual: BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business Teaching Experience: TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)ORTAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401 A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502 A or TAEASS502 BORa diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
ANDMinimum of 3 Years teaching experience Vocational competence: Vocational competence (equal to or above) in one or more of the following qualifications: BSB40320 – Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management BSB60420 – Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management Industry Competence: Relevant and current vocational experience in business, managing business or smallbusiness, leadership, or project management to the level being delivered.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 Years of Industry Experience in business operation Online Capability: Experience in online or blended delivery using platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, MS Teams or Zoom.
Familiarity with Standards for RTOs 2025, including training and assessment expectations.
Involvement in validation.
Work Location: ANIBT Melbourne City Campus or ANIBT Brunswick Campus Role Description and Key Responsibilities Delivering engaging, well-structured and compliant training aligned to each qualification and unit of competency.
Undertaking assessment of student competency in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence, ensuring decisions are fair, valid, reliable and sufficient.
Participating in assessment validation activities, including pre-use review and post-assessment validation in accordance with a structured validation plan.
Providing timely, supportive feedback and guidance to learners across the full training lifecycle.
Maintaining professional development and industry currency, including in training and assessment methods.
Ensure training and delivery services meet the Standards for RTOs, ESOS Standards, ANIBT Policies and Procedures and all other compliance requirements and the required levels of quality in products and services is achieved.
Participates in development of appropriate course learning outcomes including the development and alignment of learning outcomes, activities, assessment and maintain records.
Provides academic guidance to maintain quality and integrity of the course.
Participate in Business course validation and assist to manage the schedules to ensure the relevance and currency of the course When the following results are observed, industry, fellow employees and owner/management will know that the position is being carried out with excellence.

Other responsibilities include: Adhering to timeline in conjunction with the Director of Studies or Chief Executive Officer.
Deliver subjects or classes as required Attend all scheduled meetings Quality Assurance Staff will have the opportunity to discuss their job descriptions with the CEO when their contracts are renewed.
