Joan Lawman College is a Registered Training Organization delivering accredited and non-accredited training to a range of different clients. Recent business developments have resulted in a requirement for qualified and experienced trainers/assessors with the ability to deliver training on Business courses and Hospitality management courses.

**Position 1 - Business Trainer**

Business trainer will be required to teach Certificate III to Advanced Diploma of Business.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and assessment
- Must have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered or assessed
- Have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered or assessed, and;
- Have relevant industry currency
- Must have at least two years' experience working with international students.
- Continue to develop their vocational and training and assessment competencies to support continuous improvements in the delivery of RTO services.
- Ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service.
- Strong work ethic and organisation skills.
- High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver education material in a classroom student environment

**Position 2 - Hospitality management trainer**

**Essential requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and assessment
- Advanced Diploma / Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- Must have significant work experience in hospitality industry
- Must have minimum 2 years of vocational education and training experience Ongoing commitment to professional development along with industry currency
- Must have at least two years' experience working with international students
- Ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service.
- Strong work ethic and organisation skills.
- Able to visit and support students at work place, able to work in the training kitchen.
- Ability to plan and conduct training according to the training and assessment strategy.
- High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver education material in a classroom student environment

**Salary**: $27.35 - $66.26 per hour
