**Casual Shifts - Work Up To 38 to 40 Hours Per Week.**

**Requirements**: We are seeking mature individuals with at least 2 years of work experience, known for their reliability, and the ability to work unsupervised.

**Available Positions**: We have openings for both General Labourers and Skilled Labourers, offering flexibility in terms of the number of days worked per week.

**Shift Details**:

- Early starts (7:00 am) and early finishes (3:30 pm) for optimal flexibility.
- Work with one employer or multiple employers to make the potential 38-40 hours of work.

**Remuneration Package**:

- Competitive hourly rate starting at $31.21, plus an 11% superannuation payment.
- Coverage of travel expenses and a daily travel allowance of $20.00.
- Additional meal allowance for days exceeding 9.5 hours.
- Overtime rates, including time and a half and double time.
- Opportunities for evening and weekend work, with potential earnings of around $1250 per week.

- Demolition and Jack Hammering
- Digging Holes and Trenches
- Putting Up Temporary Fencing
- Cleaning Up Construction Sites
- Unpacking Pallets and Storing Boxes
- Operating Forklifts, Trucks, or Excavators
- Moving and packing boxes
- Transporting Furniture and more.

- Commercial sites
- Government buildings, and others.

**Location**: Various opportunities are available across all regions of Canberra. You can choose the location that best fits your preferences.

**Permanent Positions Maybe Available**: Many employers use our casual employment service as a trial period before offering full-time roles. Impress employers during your casual tenure and secure a permanent position. We have clients ordering 30-40 people per week to support their projects at present.

**Our Commitment**:To ensure that you have the opportunity to work 38-40 hours per week.

**Qualifications Required**:

- White Card
- Asbestos Certification
- Silica Certification
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

If you don't have your asbestos or silica, we can refer you to our training partner and get you qualified.
