At COS we think differently. The recent creation of our Solutions sales team has presented the opportunity for a new role which will support our drive in creating solutions that deliver the Best Customer Experience.
The role of Solution Sales Internal Account Manager is appointed as part of the COS Solutions Sales Team to actively support and coordinate sales activity in the Solutions team under the management of the National Sales Manager for Solutions to achieve a high standard of customer service retention & profitable revenue growth. Working across both the Branded Merchandise and Furniture teams as a core element of the sales support focus
The internal coordination of the Branded solutions inbox triaging inbound enquiries and allocation to the correct departments in conjunction with responding to enquiries and quotes of unmanaged customers is an essential component of the role. The internal enquiries relating to either of the specialist functions in Branded Solutions or Furniture Solutions to ensure they are followed up by the appropriate function in a speedy timeframe is the aspiration. Coordination between the shared services, category & logistics teams round out the focus areas for the role.
