**The Role**:
The objectives of the Junior Internal Account Manager are to manage customer accounts, develop & maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales. As an Internal Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

**Key Duties**:

- Play an integral role in new business strategies and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales KPI which contains Sales revenue goal, active customer number and new customer number goal, etc.
- Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customer contacts.
- Enter, track and update leads and prospects daily via CRM.
- Establish and build long-term business relationships resulting in completed sales.
- Identify prospect/customer need

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong understanding of the steps of the sale and how to implement to maximise sales and customer retention.
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to learn new CRM software and processes

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- Macquarie Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
