Duty Manager

We're looking for someone who is self motivated with outstanding communication and customer service skills to be our next shift manager. Working hands-on alongside our incredible team of staff, you'll be in charge of overseeing operations during your shifts, including the restaurant, bar, and deli areas. As the shift manager, you'll also be responsible for greeting and serving customers, dealing with client complaints, and compliance with all safety rules.

Duty Manager responsibilities
- Oversee, train, and schedule staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
- Delegate tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
- Work hands on within the daily running of the business
- Manage, direct, and ensure high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services
- Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
- Set performance goals and encourage team members to achieve these goals

Duty Manager qualifications
- Minimum 2 years previous hospitality experience with the knowledge and ability to perform in a variety of roles - server, barista, bartender, deli
- 2 or more years of previous management or supervisory experience
- Possess excellent organisational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
