Join our team at Travel + Leisure as a Front Desk Duty Manager and be part of an exciting journey where your skills will shine brightly.How You'll ShineAs a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel, overseeing daily activities, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Your duties will encompass welcoming and registering owners and guests, furnishing details regarding local area attractions, handling administrative tasks, and adeptly addressing any guest concerns that may surface.You will also be responsible for building, developing, training and leading a team proactively to promote high levels of customer service.How You'll Be RewardedAt Travel + Leisure, we foster a positive work environment where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged.

Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level either as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager (3 years)
Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening
Detail focused with an organised approach and ability to multitask
Positive attitude, vibrant and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
Bookkeeping /finance experience is highly regarded
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
Having you own car/vehicle will be necessary due to this being a more remote location
