Since 2005, health conscious Australians have shown their love for Made's core brands - Cocobella, Rokeby Farms, Impressed Juice, and NutrientWater.
As Made continues to achieve great things with these brands, M&C Saatchi is partnering with them to build a dynamic and creative in-house team to help grow these brands and make healthy happy, and offer you the chance to create dynamic and lasting national campaigns.

**The Role**
The opportunity is here to join Made Group as the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on all performance & affiliate marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the team on all workflows for all brands in the Made Group portfolio, implementing data-driven marketing methods to maximise return on investment.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop, implement and optimise the performance marketing strategy encompassing channels such as Paid Search, Remarketing and Affiliate marketing
- Utilization of of Google Ads, Google Analytics and other relevant platforms to drive performance across Made Group products and brands.
- Drive e-commerce sales growth by building an expanded network of affiliate partners & direct partnerships by proactively prospecting, cultivating and evaluating brand partner opportunities
- Maintain excellent relationships and drive negotiations with all stakeholders including publishers, platforms, technologies and data partners to demonstrate best in class partner engagement
- Maintain website and performance of up to 6 brands and Made Group masterbrand
- Report to brands and provide effective communication of key insights and results in a timely manner and providing recommendations as required
**Your Experience and Skills**
- Solid hands-on performance marketing experience across a variety of channels including search, social, display, affiliates and retargeting
- Current media partner, platform or technology certifications
- Strong prior experience with Performance Marketing technology across search, DSP and ad-serving platforms and analytics/measurement tools
- Understanding of, and passion for the performance marketing industry and landscape
- and desire to learn and keep up to date with new technologies and methods
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and negotiation skills
