We're looking for a Group Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing function across Prime's Advice, Capital, and Asset Management pillars.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, offering the opportunity to lead an established marketing team and drive meaningful initiatives in a high-growth environment.
About the Role: As Group Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy, leading the development and delivery of high-impact, insight-led campaigns that elevate our brand and deliver results.
Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and events Support and guide a talented internal marketing team Own and evolve the Prime brand across all platforms, champion brand consistency, innovation, and a client-first mindset Oversee content strategy and execution with a focus on education-led thought leadership Collaborate closely with business unit leads and executive stakeholders Analyse campaign performance, optimise ROI, and report on Group-wide marketing metrics Work with external partners and agencies to amplify reach and impact About You You're a commercially minded marketing leader who can balance strategy and execution with ease.
You bring: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing or brand role, preferably in B2 B or financial services Proven success in delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and events Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in reporting, analytics, and marketing technology platforms (e.g.
CMS, CRM, analytics) A passion for storytelling, brand-building, and driving measurable outcomes A hands-on mindset and a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable) Why Join Us?
