Join an award-winning ASX-listed companyPlay a crucial role in enhancing safety systemsAccess to a range of employee benefits About the Role We are seeking a Safety Systems Administrator to join our Group Safety team — someone who thrives on designing processes, using data to generate actionable insights, driving continuous system improvement, and solving problems to make systems smarter and safer.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:Administer and support our safety systems, including DoneSafe (experience highly desirable).
Provide user support for related platforms such as Chemwatch and Solve Injury (experience valued but not essential).
Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system problems quickly.Analyse safety data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and improve outcomes.Support the rollout of system enhancements, updates, and new modules.Partner with Safety leaders and end users to drive continuous improvement and system optimisation.Develop and maintain clear system processes, guides, and training materials to support our operations globally.About You We're looking for someone who thrives on detail, process, and improvement:Previous experience with safety systems (DoneSafe highly regarded; Chemwatch or Solve Injury desirable but not essential).
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to spot patterns, trends, and insights.A natural problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding practical solutions.Passion for process and continuous improvement.Strong communication and written skills to support and engage system users.If you love systems, data, and solving problems, and want to help drive safer outcomes through smarter processes, we'd love to hear from you.
