The CPB Contractors, Ghella & UGL joint venture has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $3.1bn M6 Stage 1 project. The project will deliver the missing link from Sydney's south to the wider Sydney motorway network making journeys easier, faster and safer. It will remove more than 2,000 trucks a day from surface roads and help return local streets to local communities.

With works commenced in early 2022, the M6 Stage 1 project scope includes the construction of twin four-kilometre tunnels and associated works, linking the M8 Motorway at Arncliffe to President Avenue at Kogarah.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Safety Administrator who will be based at our Project Office in Arncliffe, Sydney to provide effective administration support to the Health & Safety Team and to contribute to the successful and safe delivery of the Project.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Safety awareness on the Project
- Management of site-based systems & platforms
- Management of site-based incident management system
- Prepare and update all Project Safety Plans and Registers
- Ensure all Safety reporting is prepared and submitted in a timely manner
- Process requisitions and purchase orders
- Liaise with Subcontractors on Site ensuring that they are compliant in safety systems
- Maintain a high visibility across the workplace building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**About You**
- High School certification
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong level of written and verbal communication
- Strong client focus and relationship management
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines whilst managing conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
