Our Botany Rail Duplication Project is looking for a **Safety Administrator** to join our team, based in Mascot.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Safety Team with the administration of project safety.
- Act as the single point of contact for all administrative elements of project safety.
- Ensure accurate records of incidents, accident investigations and all legally required records are readily available on request.
- Work with the Safety Team to contribute to strategies and project initiatives.
- Understand the safety teams' commitments and administrative requirements to ensure support across all functions.
- Work with stakeholders daily to capture and processing data, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Assist with workers compensation and return to work administrative requirements.
- Assist with training packages as required.
- Collect, process, and collate data to develop reports as required.
- Support Verification of Competency (VOC) activities and complete periodic checks on the efficiency and accuracy of the system.
**Requirements**:
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Safety.
- Previous experience as a Health & Safety Administrator is highly regarded, or broader Construction/Compliance administration.
- A minimum of two years working in an administration environment with an eye for detail.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills is highly regarded.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
