From two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay to 12 sales offices nationwide and 2 International office (USA & UK), it is safe to say we are making a lot of noise in the industry, in just seven laps around the sun. From selling solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, all the way through to virtual power plants, Smart Energy is putting solar on the map.

You will be working from our air conditioned Byron Bay HQ in a
**part-time role as a Installations Recruiter.** Get excited for a new routine, new opportunity, a morning surf before cruising in to work with Solar Legends.

Our continued growth and ongoing success is, for the most part, attributed to the strong working relationships we have worked so hard to build and nurture, not only with our fabulous solar and battery customers but also with our legendary contracted installation partners all over Australia. Your primary focus will be recruiting and building relationships with new installers. Using 'best in class' equipment, we pride ourselves on installing anywhere, quickly and providing quality pre and post sales service.

**Every day, you'll be**:
We are seeking a Trade Acquisition / Relationship Manager / Trade Recruiter to assess and engage installers on a national basis.
- Working from a list of accredited solar technicians, you will approach them offering work.
- You will explain our company, it's proposition, our expectations and what we can pay them.
- You will also be assessing them for quality, availability and attitude.

**You must have**:

- You will have a basic understanding of Excel as you build a database of leads in a geographic area.
- You will be confident in your phone manner and ability to negotiate prices and service level agreements with tradesmen.
- You will be an excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly to engender long term commercial relationships.
