Installation Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on coordinating and scheduling installations across solar, battery, and hot water systems.
Key Responsibilities- Confirming future availability of installation teams
- Rescheduling appointments for the week/day directly with customers
- Recruiting electricians and plumbers nationally
- Answering inbound telephone calls & texts with customers, installers and nationwide sales teams
- Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
- Resolving issues as they arise
- Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated customers and contractors
- Minimum 1+ years relevant experience (scheduling, project management, BDM)
- Customer service experience
- Great communication skills - ability to talk to tradies and explain expectations
- Love working in a fast-paced environment where innovations happen instantly
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize
- Tech Savvy and commercially astute
- Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)
- Australian Permanent Resident and/or full working rights are essential
- Experience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)
- Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
- Salesforce experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
