Clinical Leadership Opportunity for Occupational Therapist

About The Role
  • Provide leadership in Assistive Technology (AT) to support therapists across NSW through mentoring, consultation, and clinical guidance.
  • Drive best practice in AT service delivery aligned with NDIS processes and prescription pathways.

Maintain a caseload to stay current and lead by example in AT practice. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AT services, tools, and resources.

Support skill development across the team by identifying training needs and delivering targeted education in AT.

Uphold quality standards and contribute to compliance, risk management, and documentation processes within AT service delivery.

About You
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • 5+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Specialist knowledge in Assistive Technology.

NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check are required or obtainable.
