Client Solutions Officer

**As the Client Solutions Officer, you will**:
- Receive and respond to partner agency communication linked to service issues, new business, change requests, billing and reporting enquiries, and service improvements to ensure a timely response and resolution.
- Support the team to identify new and existing agency partnership business opportunities, assist with developing service requests, proposals, and customer journey maps.
- Research and compile partner agency relationship management information to support decision-making.
- Assist the team and service leads to manage partner agency portfolios, including preparing for and attending meetings to support the ongoing delivery of services by Smart Service.
- Monitor, maintain, generate, and share information from management information systems to internal stakeholders and ensure Smart Service meets legislative, financial and audit requirements.
- Work collaboratively to report on service performance, trends, risks and issues, and ongoing service delivery improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to team processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and partner agency support.
- Be proactive in sharing business knowledge and information to develop self and others and support the consistent delivery of service solutions for partner agencies.
