Role Responsibilities

We are seeking 15 enthusiastic, client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Specialists. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and financial advisers, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and web chat. Your tasks will include:

  1. Handling inbound calls and emails
  2. Providing accurate support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions
  3. Addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
  5. Collaborating with team members to meet performance targets
  6. Upholding company values and service standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Availability for a rotating schedule between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Comfort with hybrid work (minimum 2 days in-office per week)
  • Locations: Docklands (VIC), Parramatta (NSW), Wollongong (NSW), Brisbane (QLD), Hobart (TAS)
  • No prior financial experience required; comprehensive training provided
  • Interest or background in superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions
