#ReachYourPotential About the Opportunity Due to our on-going, consistent growth, we have an exciting opportunities for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our teams.

Grow your career within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team and assist clients in improving their overall mental health and well-being.
Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to: Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans You will be supported by your respective clinical team leader and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside our dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and therapy assistants.
