Job Summary

TikTok is a leading platform for short-form mobile video, aiming to inspire creativity and bring joy. The role of the User Operations Specialist is crucial in achieving this mission.

About the Role

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to user queries via internal platforms and IM chats.
  • Identify user needs and troubleshoot technical issues using internal databases, workarounds, and solutions provided by the Engineering team.
  • Follow up with users to ensure reported technical issues are resolved.
  • Analyze tickets to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in training projects and user feedback initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on product optimizations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, customer service, or user/platform operations in the internet industry.
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week (Monday-Sunday) including weekends and public holidays due to time zone differences.
