Consultant, PRI Claims Supported

**YOUR ROLE**

We are seeking a Claims consultant to join our high performing team of consultants. You will be managing complex professional risk indemnity claims, providing a full legal defence and/or resolution of all claims, which can encompass a negotiated resolution or managing litigation to verdict at trial. You will do this whilst ensuring an optimum and efficient service to customers, maximising opportunities to ensure claims are processed and managed to meet our customer and financial objectives within delivery timeframes.

This role is permanent, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and offer a hybrid work arrangement.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in the field of professional indemnity or financial lines claims, 2+ year's PQE.
- Strong negotiation skills in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Lawyers around Australia.
- You have experience working in a legal or regulatory environment
- Ability to handle multiple claims, while providing high level customer service.
- You have high attention to detail.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
