Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to fill the role of Claims Consultant.

Reporting to the Hospital and Medical Team Leader, this role involves assessing hospital and medical claims in line with business fund rules, product, and core systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in claims assessing, excellent time management and prioritisation skills, strong stakeholder management skills, and a strong attention to detail.

The Claims Consultant will be responsible for assessing hospital and medical claims, coaching providers through customer contact for incorrect billing practices, identifying inappropriate claims, and ensuring that communication is of a high level and complies with Australian Unity standards.
