An exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our insureds has arisen.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant in Disciplinary Claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the claim process for Allied Health insureds responding to disciplinary inquiries by professional governing bodies.
- Restore faith and confidence in our Insureds by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the claim process.
- Be there when needed most, right from the start, to provide timely and effective assistance to our Insureds.
- Make their world a safer place by ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
The role is process-focused, and you will gain skills and knowledge in disciplinary inquiries and insurance. However, legal expertise is not a requirement for the role. This position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with the flexibility to work from home.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of a portfolio of Disciplinary Claims.
- Meeting legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Liaising with brokers, panel lawyers and other stakeholders to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Collating and managing claims information to ensure compliance.
