**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
A fantastic full-time opportunity is now available for a Call Centre officer to join our dynamic and friendly team based at Sydney International Airport.
Reporting to the FM Hub Manager, this position is accountable for liaising with internal and external customers to providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused individuals who have the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task through use of multiple systems tools and processes
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
