**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client serves the community by leading the provision of world-class education and training, connecting all stages from early childhood to tertiary courses and qualifications.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking MULTIPLE professional Call Centre Officers with student services experience to join their team in Sydney CBD with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Educate customers on programs and services available
- Capture, process and lodge customer information into the database
- Maintain student records to ensure information is up to date and accurate
- Facilitate the resolution of problems and complaints
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume call centre environment
- Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, decision making, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Valid Working With Children's Check and undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
