Your New Role

Are you passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive meaningful engagement? Join our dynamic team as a CRM Analyst and play a pivotal role in supporting our Alumni & Philanthropy operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Alumni & Philanthropy Operations, you will act as the bridge between our CRM system (iMIS Enterprise) and its users. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the alumni and donor database, assisting with data extraction, troubleshooting system issues, and enhancing the functionality of our operational systems.

You'll also develop reports and dashboards that empower the Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy teams to make data-driven decisions and deliver impactful results.

This Continuous, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) position attracts a remuneration of $77K - $86K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:

- Experience in CRM management or a relevant ICT degree, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong SQL knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of database relationships.
- Proven problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities.
