Position Title: Systems Analyst

Location: 63 Yarraman Place, Virginia, Queensland 4014

SALARY – FROM AUD$76,515 PA

Role: Full Time

Role Purpose

The Systems Analyst reports to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to our business systems.
  • Monitor and resolve systems errors in our business systems.
  • Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on business systems.
  • Assist with implementing and maintenance of our CRM system.
  • Execute website maintenance and improvements, as well as content updates, collection launches, and blog posts.
  • Produce and schedule all communications materials.
  • Assist in the marketing department.
Qualifications

AQF Bachelor Degree or higher in the relevant Education field

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach
  • Planning, organisation and problem solving skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Reliable, motivated and punctual
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be physically fit and healthy for work
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and independently
  • Good communication skills and effective leadership qualities
  • Ability to develop and maintain supportive cross functional relationships
  • Understanding and practice of GMP
