We are a family owned and run business in the manufacturing sector providing Sales & Service of CNC profile cutting Machinery, Parts & Consumables.

To be considered for this position you will need to be friendly, enthusiastic and demonstrate excellent customer service. Applicants must be able to prioritise customer requests and office duties efficiently and effectively.

**Position Summary**

This is an office based full-time position based in Campbellfield - Northern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.

You will be dealing directly with customer enquiries and reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
On the job training will be provided to enhance your experience in:

- Purchasing
- Stock Control
- Inbound phone sales
- Entering orders
- Providing customers with quotations
- Picking, packing and some warehouse duties
- Inventory & data base management

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 - Word and Excel.
- Experience with accounting packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a purchasing, accounts or administration is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $51,000.00 per year
