Our client has an opportunity for a senior leader to oversee the operations of a national Contact Support Centre operating in the social services sector. The Centre provides information and advice to the public to assist in connecting to relevant social services in their local areas. Support services are delivered using a network of local regional service providers. The role will provide high level support to clients and customers and develop, lead, and support the delivery of services. This will involve streamlining operations to proactively meet current and future requirements. You will ensure the centre's KPIs are being met and that high levels of customer service are embedded in all aspects of the Centre's performance to customers.
