Purpose of Role:
A highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data and IP Controller to join Pump Technology Group's design team.

This role is essential for ensuring seamless integration and accurate data flow between our master data and intellectual property systems, particularly Teamcenter and SAP.

This individual will work closely with the design team in PTG and stakeholders such as supply chain and Engineering Systems to maintain optimal data workflows, ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs), manage engineering change notices, exercise authority over access, and advise on product modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and efficient transfer of data between TeamCenter and SAP systems, maintaining data integrity across platforms and serving as a key liaison between the design and Engineering Systems to facilitate clear and effective communication for alignment.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring they reflect current and accurate product specifications.
- Participate with issuing engineering change notices and product modification advice in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant tools and stakeholders to implement and communicate changes effectively.
- Ensure the correct levels of access of engineering items for various stakeholders and proactively identify and address data-related issues, implementing process-oriented solutions to prevent future discrepancies.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Relevant qualifications in Design, Information Technology, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management roles, preferably with exposure to Teamcenter and SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of design processes and the specific data needs of a design team.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
