Job Title:

Master Data and IP Specialist

This critical role ensures seamless data flow between our master data and intellectual property systems, integrating key stakeholders and processes.

Role Overview:

As a skilled and detail-oriented professional, you will work closely with the design team to maintain optimal data workflows, accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), and effective engineering change notices.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of a world-class safety culture.
  • Ensure efficient data transfer between TeamCenter and SAP systems, maintaining data integrity and serving as a liaison between design and Engineering Systems.
  • Oversee BOM maintenance, ensuring accurate product specifications are reflected across platforms.
  • Participate in timely engineering change notice issuance and product modification advice, coordinating with relevant tools and stakeholders.
  • Ensure correct access levels for engineering items and proactively address data-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design processes and specific data needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  4. Identify and implement process-oriented solutions to prevent future discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Design, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in data management roles, preferably with Teamcenter and SAP exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
