The Nick Scali Group is growing and so we have a new and exciting opportunity available for an eCommerce Manager to join our busy team in North Ryde.

As the eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for devising and implementing initiatives and activities to improve user experience, engagement, and the site conversion to ensure the achievement of overall business goals.

**About the job**:

- Manage the eCommerce platform and integrated systems
- Lead business analysis and establish reporting programs to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor performance and implement performance improvements to enhance the UX
- Monitor organic web traffic and enhance the platforms SEO performance
- Oversee all paid digital creative - across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Manage the technical relationship of all relevant Vendors
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive online awareness
- Strategic problem solving and proactive identification of performance bottlenecks and troubleshooting
- Work collaboratively with the team and drive a culture that ensures business objectives are being met with internal stakeholders

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience Managing a company website in the retail space
- Demonstrated experience in optimising website sales and performance
- Website analytics experience (Adobe Analytics highly regarded)
- Project management experience with the ability to deliver high quality work within project deadlines
- Self-motivated to think outside the box and develop streamlined processes.
