Ecommerce Operations Coordinator Role

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products are available on our website on time, with high-quality visuals, videos, attributes, tags, product descriptions, pricing, and meet internal guidelines for both AU & NZ.


About the Job

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end enrichment process for ecommerce, including data points and photography. The successful candidate will ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management:
    • Manage product samples for photography and relationships with retouchers to ensure photos are returned in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with brands and store teams to get samples required for photographing.
    • Ownership of product data on site, ensuring accuracy to deliver best-in-class CX and reduce returns.
    • Ensure product experience visuals, angles, and background are uniform across the website for different categories.
  • Pricing Management:
    • Work with product and ecommerce teams to maintain consistent pricing across both ERP and ecommerce platforms.
    • Execute pricing activities accurately and within deadlines.
  • Ecommerce:
    • Support ecommerce team with onsite UAT testing and QA checks for new website developments and deployments.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Work with various departments to ensure delivery of best-in-class customer experience.
  • Sales Analysis/Report:
    • Assist with ad-hoc reporting where necessary.

Requirements
  • 1+ years ecommerce operations coordination in Magento or similar ecommerce platform (desirable).
  • Copywriting capability.
  • MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude, hands-on, and responsive.
