Product Manager

Our client is one of APAC's fastest-growing scale-up companies, operating across 7 countries. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with experience in e-commerce, who will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive the vision and strategy behind our client's product offerings and be responsible for executing the product roadmap.
Please note that this is
**not** a remote role; the location for this role is in Melbourne and the company operates on a hybrid setup.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage your product roadmap and backlog.
- Actively seek out customer needs and pain points, and gather product requirements.
- Work closely with the design team to create no-brainer customer experiences.
- Write features specifications and user stories, assess their value and prioritise.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of new features.
- Help design and implement processes, from Discovery to Delivery.
- Contribute to building a strong Product Organisation & Culture within the company.
**What you will bring to the table**:
- Prior experience working as a Product Manager or in a Product Ownership role.
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Good technical skills (familiarity with Javascript, AWS, SEO, etc. is a plus).
- Love solving problems and have a strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and thrive in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Show a strong empathy for customers.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree.
- Startup attitude & strong ability to learn.
