Senior Clinical Director - Mental Health
This is a high-level leadership opportunity within the mental health program, reporting to the executive director and partnering with the program director to optimize clinical outcomes and performance.
The role involves maintaining an active clinical role to bring real-time insights to the directorate and leading reform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Program Director to provide accountability and direction to optimize clinical outcomes and performance.
Oversee medical governance and practice across all medical specialties within the program.
Maintain an active clinical role within Eastern Health to inform strategic direction and lead reform changes.
Requirements:
Legally qualified medical practitioners registered or registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Fellowship of the relevant Australian specialist college.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple health professions and delivering high-quality mental health services.
Ability to develop and implement solutions to complex systemic and organisational problems.
Experience in a large, complex healthcare organisation.
