Director of Clinical Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Strategy to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future growth and direction of our small molecule portfolio.

This newly created position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with other senior leaders to drive operational aspects of trial-related activities. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational expertise to support the building of internal early clinical trials capability, including first-in-human studies.

The ideal candidate will establish clinical project plans, coordinate partner agreements for multi-site Phase I and II Oncology trials, and create governance frameworks that comply with relevant legislation.

  • Strategic Planning and Operational Execution: Lead the development and implementation of clinical trial strategies and plans
  • Partner Agreement Coordination: Coordinate partner agreements and manage contracts for multi-site Phase I and II Oncology trials
  • Governance Framework Development: Develop and maintain governance frameworks that comply with relevant legislation

Our organization is a semi-virtual operation overseen by an experienced board of directors and led by a small team of experienced drug discovery and development scientists. We are supported by committed research partners and contract research organisations to rapidly progress therapeutic programs.
