Senior Clinician Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team as a Clinical Manager.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to have more influence over the running of the business and work closely with a supportive team.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to an allied health team consisting of Speechies + OTs
  • Work with Clinic Directors on building capability across the clinic, identifying training and development opportunities
  • Assist with service development and have strong input into new service streams
  • Maintain a small caseload with flexibility provided on preferences
  • Assist with the growth of the clinic in terms of new clinicians, services, and clients

Requirements:

  • Full AHPRA registration as an OT and full working rights
  • 5-6+ years' experience as an OT, with at least 1-2 years being a Senior or Lead clinician
  • Strong experience in Paediatrics
  • A passion for developing staff and services
