The Role
In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to support for a busy and creative on-air radio team. Working alongside radio support colleagues, your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced, with tasks like processing payroll, preparing contributor agreements and staff engagements, pulling together reports and briefings, sharing updates with the team, and offering the occasional bit of on-the-spot training. You'll also lend a hand with live events and outside broadcasts.
On the finance side, you'll process invoices, keep meticulous expenditure trackers, and assist with end of month forecasting.

About You
We're looking for someone who's a natural communicator, a great team player and comfortable building positive working relationships. You'll need strong organisational skills, be able to juggle priorities, and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat. You'll have solid experience providing both admin and finance support, be confident with Microsoft Office, have a background in rostering or logistics, and ideally have some know-how with a payroll system. Most importantly, you'll be quick to pick things up and be comfortable working with both a remote and face to face team.
