Unit Operations Manager

We have a unique opportunity for an individual to excel in the role of Unit Coordinator, making a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians in need.
- Coordinate the efficient operation of one, 8-bedroom unit, including a living skills program that fosters growth and development.
- Provide intensive case management support to clients with complex needs, focusing on tailored solutions and assertive guidance.
- Ensure timely updates on client information systems and maintain compliance with wellbeing surveys and goal scaling data.
- Contribute to research and evaluation initiatives and promote services available on-site to enhance client outcomes.
- Promote collaborative relationships with external partners to facilitate referrals and provide ongoing support.
Requirements for Success:
- Degree in Social Work or minimum 3 years' experience in a related field, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
- Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills to optimize resource allocation and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Current Driver's License, enabling seamless travel to support clients.
