Your new role
Due to an internal promotion, CMI Toyota West Terrace is currently seeking a Customer Experience Administrator to join the team on a permanent part time basis working up to 25 hours per week. Engaging closely with colleagues across the dealership, you'll primarily be responsible for timely and accurate administration, liaising with customers as required.
What you'll be doing
- Processing service reminders, extended warranties and roadside assistance policies
- Ensuring data integrity and maintaining customer accounts
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative requests
- Providing assistance to customers as required
- Managing low-level customer concerns, escalating as necessary

About you
- Blended experience in both customer service and administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Personable yet professional with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer literacy, especially with MS Office and Excel
