We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with administration experience to join our team in Keswick.

This is a Perm Part Time role, 20hrs per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide support to the manager and the running of daily operations. You will be responsible for effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times and undertaking repair inspections on vehicles.

You will explore customer needs and educate them on our full scope of services. Additionally, you will issue invoices and raise job authorities as required, and source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current drivers licence
  • The ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
  • Supporting the Branch manager with administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast paced workplace
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
