Working amongst the executive team, you will be joining a well-respected, industry leading company as **Executive Assistant to the Director.**
We are looking for a self-motivated and professional Executive Assistant to support in leveraging the Director's time and resources to effectively manage and develop the Vital Chemical brand.
This role is based in our Brisbane Head Office and will involve regular interstate travel. This fantastic opportunity is suited to an individual who has held a similar role undertaking a wide spectrum of administrative and corporate business duties tailored to the needs of a Senior Company Executive.

**ROLE DUTIES**
- Significant diary and resource management, liaising and maintaining quality relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Working together with and representing the Director/s to implement internal and external priorities across the company.
- Direct liaison and continuous communication with the company leadership team on behalf of the Director.
- Committed to assisting with efficiency and leveraging of the Director's resources.
- Project coordination - working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Directors and Senior Executives.
- Review, update, and secure company agreements in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, and Vital Chemical company strategies.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working within a business environment.
- Driver's License.
- Experience in the construction and/or civil industry.
- High environmental, sustainable, and ethical standards.
- High level of strategic thinking.
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Well presented.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM and 365 programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to think strategically and collaboratively.
The successful applicants must pass National Police Check and participate in random drug and alcohol testing.
**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
