I am currently working with a client that is looking for an experienced Team Assistant wanting to make a move in a corporate Accounting firm.

This is an amazing opportunity to join an award winning Public Practice Accounting firm who pride themselves on an open door policy and an incredible team culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Diary Management
- Coordinating meetings
- Support for accountants and senior administration staff
- Collating completed client work
- Organise files and update database information.
- Book the teams travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations and monthly reports
- Assist on prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency
- Liaise with external clients and internal team members
- Liaise with the Events team, coordinating Events & Functions
- General administration and ad hoc requirements

**About You**
- You will have worked in a professional services firm for at least 12 months (preferably accounting or finance firms)
- You have a strong ability to multitask, communicate clearly and effectively
- Can pay close attention to detail
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner with exceptional presentation
- Have the ability to work autonomously and be able to problem solve
- Have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office
