Volume and spec home building company is looking for a driven and detail-focused construction professional to join their cohesive, passionate and growing team.

This is a well-respected residential building company known for quality craftsmanship, innovative designs, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. With a solid pipeline of new builds and developments, they pride themselves on delivering homes that people love to live in.

This company mainly builds regionally across NSW and is always on the lookout for new regional towns to make their mark in.

Your Role

As Project Manager / Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating and scheduling trades and materials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to our high-quality standards. You'll be sharing an office with a Salesperson and a Maintenance/warranty Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
  • Ensure WHS compliance and site safety
  • Monitor construction progress and maintain timelines
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, sales people and the service/warranty officer
  • Manage on-site documentation and reporting

Your background:
  • Proven experience in residential construction
  • Strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, scheduling and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
  • White Card & relevant building qualifications
  • Driver's license
