About Property Advisory Role

The Property Advisor will support the company's growth by managing property-related matters, ensuring compliance, and contributing to project success. The role involves working with a dynamic team to provide expert guidance and support to clients.

  • Manage property matters for government and non-government clients across various sectors.
  • Provide research, advice, and support on property matters including compulsory land acquisition, land tenure issues, and property transactions.
  • Collaborate with authorities and stakeholders on land access, acquisition, and other property matters.
  • Maintain client and internal records and information management requirements.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Delivering property projects in linear infrastructure or large-scale property portfolios.
  • Knowledge and experience in compulsory land acquisition, negotiated property acquisition, and transactions such as leases, licenses, permits, and easements.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with clients, communities, stakeholders, authorities, and consultants.
  • Solid knowledge of planning and environmental approval legislation and processes.
  • Able to build and manage relationships within internal and external stakeholders.
