Project Development Manager Role

CJC Management is seeking a skilled Project Development Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project in regional NSW.

This full-time employed position offers the chance to play a key role in one of NSW's major renewable energy developments, with a focus on delivering outcomes safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Lead day-to-day management of the solar farm project from mobilisation through delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all stages.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors effectively, overseeing their performance and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety management, and project controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive effective team collaboration and outcomes under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or construction management.
