An opportunity has become available for an **Asphalt Supervisor **to join our surfacing team in Mogo. In this role you will lead and coordinate personnel, whilst managing the plant, suppliers and resources to successfully complete project and maintenance works on time, on budget and achieve Downer's Zero Harm objective.

**What you'll bring**:

- Exposure in **civil road construction **or **surfacing industry**:

- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce
- Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
- Good understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry
- Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with operational teams
