Role Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable
Education Counselor
to join our Melbourne team. You will play a key role in guiding students and their families through course selections, application processes, and education pathways to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families on study options, course selection, and institutions
Assess student needs, aspirations, and qualifications to recommend suitable pathways
Assist with application processes, documentation, and communication with institutions
Stay updated on admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarships
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Represent CECA in seminars, workshops, and promotional events in Melbourne and nearby regions
Collaborate with colleagues and institutions to deliver tailored study and migration solutions
Qualifications
2–3 years of onshore experience as an Education Counselor (Australian education industry)
Strong knowledge of Australian education systems and international student visa requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
Passionate about student success and career growth
