Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support students and families by offering expert advice on education opportunities, course selection, and visa processes. Your guidance will empower individuals to make informed decisions and reach their academic and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families on educational and migration opportunities.
  • Assist with course selection, university placement, admissions, scholarships, and visa applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and student visa regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and migration professionals.
  • Create personalized study and career pathways based on students' interests and goals.
  • Track student progress, maintain records in CRM, and ensure timely application follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on policy changes, market trends, and country-specific education regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in educational counseling or a related advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of global education systems, visa requirements, and migration pathways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple student cases.
  • A proactive and empathetic attitude with a passion for student success.
